 Qualified Food and Nutrition Advice

Over time we have all developed an idea of what's good for our bodies, but sometimes we don’t always act accordingly. At other times we can feel confused by the amount of information on living a healthy lifestyle, with endless suggestions from family, friends, health gurus, personalities, and social media making decisions even more challenging.

Eat'n'Grow aims to close the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to you or your child as an individual.  Whether it's managing a long term health condition, finding a solution for fussy or restricted eating habits, or just developing a healthier relationship with food.

Eat'n'Grow offers a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs. We are a  Registered NDIS Provider and will work with you to design individual dietetic plans.
